Hudson's "pet" praying mantis

So I have mentioned that we get a lot of praying mantis' on our patio.  Last week Hudson found one and said it was his pet.  His pet stuck around for 20 minutes and at one point jumped on my camera when I was trying to take it's picture.  He would carefully scoot it around, got it toys to climb on, tried to feed it but most of all, he was in awe of it.
